Flame Detector^TM by Forge Technologies can detect a flame immediately, alarm and send your phone a notification telling you a flame has been detected in the location you assign using the Flame Detector^TM app (Android and iOS).

FLAME DETECTOR^TM PRODUCT RETURNS

We stand behind the quality of flame detection products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Flame Detector^TM, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Just tell us the order number and email you used to buy your Flame Detector^TM and please tell us why you are returning it.  We collect data on return reasons so we can constantly improve and ensure customer satisfaction.

Once we get this information, we will email you a return label. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned Flame Detector^TM unit.
